The hallmark of the Whoopie Baking Company is the intensity of flavors and aromas that result from using high quality, all natural ingredients. Our chocolate recipe combines three types of cocoa and chocolate to create a moist, deeply flavored devil’s food cake. The vanilla recipe layers three types of vanilla for a warm and distinctly flavored cake. In our fillings, we use ingredients like creamy, all natural peanut better, sweet and sour cherries from Italy, Vietnamese cinnamon, and rich, dark espresso beans to create bold flavors to complement the intense flavors of our cakes. The secret ingredient to all our buttercream fillings is a “touch” of homemade marshmallow fluff, which creates the light, fluffy texture of our fillings.
