Return / Refund Policy
As the Whoopies are perishable, all food sales are final. Whoopie Baking Company will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they become damaged or spoiled prior to pick up or during transit for delivered products. Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 2 business days of having received your order. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card.
To ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Our packaging is designed to preserve your order for up to 5 days, but not indefinitely. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of the fine ingredients and buttercream in the whoopies, it is best to consume the product as close to receipt as possible. However, they can be frozen in an airtight container and enjoyed for up to 30 days.
Whoopie Baking Company is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of incorrect address information provided to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
